Payment Policy

1.1. Payment Methods

Payment for products on our online store can be made using one of the following methods: payment cards – VISA, Maestro, or MasterCard that support internet transactions. Card payments are processed in cooperation with NLB Bank AD Podgorica and carried out securely and in a certified manner via the Ixopay Payment Gateway, by simply entering your payment card details.

Once the card information is entered and the payment is confirmed, the bank authorizes the transaction, and the order is approved and proceeds to the preparation and delivery stage. The amount will be reserved on your card (account) and will not be available for any other purpose.

1.2. Data Protection During Card Payment

When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted over the public network in a protected (encrypted) form using SSL protocol, applying the latest tokenization methods for sensitive data, and in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. At no point are the payment card details accessible to the merchant.

3D Secure protection for all merchants and customers – Ixopay Payment Gateway uses the highest global data protection and privacy standards. All merchants using Ixopay Payment Gateway are automatically included in 3D Secure protection, ensuring safe transactions for customers. Card numbers are not stored in the merchant's system, and all data entry is protected via SSL encryption.

PCI Standards protect the sensitive cardholder data throughout the entire payment process: from the moment of data entry at the merchant’s site, during the communication between the merchant, relevant banks, and card networks, as well as during later data storage.

1.3. Payment Method Registration

When cardholder data is TOKENIZED (stored securely for later use) at the customer’s request or merchant’s decision, such data is stored on Ixopay’s PCI-DSS certified servers. These tokenized card details are transmitted in a completely secure and certified manner.

The merchant never has access to the card number or other sensitive data, but instead receives a reference number (token) that only they can use in accordance with the terms agreed with the customer. The customer has the option to deregister a previously registered card and to update the details of a previously tokenized card.

1.4. Refund Policy

In the case of a refund to a customer who previously paid with a payment card (partially or in full), regardless of the reason for the refund, it will be made exclusively through the same VISA, Maestro, or MasterCard used for the original payment. This means our bank will process the refund to the customer’s account at our request.

1.5. Right to Refund or Exchange

In the event of a reservation cancellation, non-refundable rates will not be refunded. The price displayed on the website is non-refundable in the case of cancellation unless specific conditions are stated in the contract.
